Mythic Keeper: Kwonyr Karst
The Twilight Dagger is a weapon imbued with the power of darkness and shadows. Its past wielder, Kwonyr, brandished it to sow fear against the many abusers of The Great War.
Properties
Dagger, +2
You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon.
Dreadful
Any creature hit by the Twilight Dagger must succeed a WIS Saving Throw (DC 14) or be frightened of you until the end of your next turn. You can only use this ability during nighttime.
Horrific
You deal an extra 1d4 necrotic damage with this weapon when attacking a creature frightened of you.
Fearful
If not attuned to a new keeper, the Twilight Dagger magically returns to its attuned keeper at dusk.
Eyes in the Dark
During nighttime, you gain darkvision out to a range of 60 feet. You also gain advantage on Perception rolls relying on sight during nighttime.
Shadow Step
As a bonus action, you can teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space that you can see. In addition, if you attack a creature with this weapon on the same turn after using Shadow Step, you gain advantage on the attack roll. You can only cast this once per short rest, and only during nighttime.
Umbral Clutch
If you can see the Twilight Dagger and it is within 60 feet, you can use your bonus action to will the dagger to come back to you. The dagger flies to your direction, damaging enemies in the line between you and the dagger, including any creature occupying the same space as that of the dagger. Each creature in the line must make a DEX Saving Throw (DC 14). On a failed save, a creature takes 5d6 necrotic damage and becomes frightened of you. You can only use this once per long rest, and only during nighttime.
