Kiris Finds a New Path

Kiris perceives a change in his Shadow Sigil. The sigil’s shadowy camouflage is removed and Kiris sees two spell circles vying for space on the sigil. Kiris needs to choose one of the two spell circles that will permanently manifest on the sigil. Kiris asks for Splix’s guidance.
Splix determines that the spell circle will trigger a teleport circle spell that targets a place in Shadowfell. Kiris picks the teleportation aspect of the Shadow Sigil.

Thoradin talks to Elix. Elix is unmoved by Thoradin’s words, but he places his life on the paladin’s hands. Thoradin pledges to save Elix’s life.
Theobald, Splix and Kiris are called by voices originating from the Scepter of Akenatun. They discern the voices to be from Spekid and Zagi. The voices call on the three to make a decision: untether the Hall of Akenatun from the Labyrinthus or allow the hallowed place to remain attached to the Labyrinthus.
The three choose the first option: remove the Hall of Akenatun away from the Labyrinthus and the Plane of Shadows. By doing this, the Hall of Akenatun will become inaccessible to all beings.
The Hall of Akenatun is beset by intense tremors, and the hallowed place is detached from the Labyrinthus. Adikia puts her hand out of the entryway; she pierces a magical film and experiences frostbite.

Kiris decides to use the Shadow Sigil to teleport to a place he saw in his visions: Kristofer’s domain in Shadowfell. Adikia and Arc plan to go with Kiris. Kirren follows Kiris. Leneia and Michaela join Kiris.
Splix is persuaded to use the Ymerald Staff to teleport to the Material Plane. Theobald, Adeena, Noah and the scholars follow Splix. Only one more individual can join Splix.
Thoradin wants to follow Splix, but he cannot bring Elix with him due to the two teleport spells’ limitations. Thoradin consults his patron deity, Macchi.
Macchi pleads for Thoradin’s help. He tells Thoradin that his oath to Elix can be entrusted to other people.

“Thoradin… I require your strength.”

As they are telling their farewells, Michaela confesses her love to Noah. Noah only acknowledges Michaela.
Splix casts augury to gauge the party’s chances. During the ritual, Splix receives his recurring vision of fighting with the party, ensuring that the party will find each other again.
Adeena renounces his pledge to Roldan. Roldan appeals to Adeena to revive his wife.
Adikia gives Theobald her first gold coin, a trinket dear to Adikia. Theobald responds by giving a healing potion to Adikia.
Kiris promises that they will come back. He wishes the party’s safety.
Theobald tells his goodbyes to Kiris, Arc and Adikia. Kiris senses coldness from Theobald.
Splix channels the spell from his Ymerald Staff. Splix, Theobald, Adeena, Thoradin, Noah and the scholars teleport out of the Hall of Akenatun.
Kiris focuses on his Shadow Sigil. Adikia, Arc, Kirren, Leneia, Michaela, Roldan and Elix teleport to Shadowfell.
