Another Invasion
- Adeena tightens Korvin’s binds. She sees him seething with anger.
- Theobald learns that he can channel the hallow spell to negate teleportation into the Hall of Akenatun. Theobald decides to do it.
- Thoradin comforts Theobald who is exhausted from casting the hallow spell.
- Noah and Arc detect another intrusion. The party ready themselves for another assault.
- After ten minutes, eight orcs teleport into the Hall of Akenatun. The party defeat the invading orcs.
- Adikia determines that the orcs teleported from the temple underneath Yvernus.
Korvin’s Demise
- Korvin uses the opportunity to escape his binds and to cast a spell that charms Kirren. Kiris arrives on the scene first.
- Korvin demands that Kiris kneel and apologize to him. Kiris deceivingly rebuffs him and tells him that he cannot use Kirren to do what he want.
- Korvin orders Kirren to attack Kiris; Kiris paralyzes Korvin. Free from the spell, Kirren plunges a dagger into Korvin.
- Adikia tries to negotiate with Korvin. Kirren and Kiris stop Adikia. Korvin dies.
- Kiris consoles Kirren. Kirren affirms her loyalty to Kiris.
- Arc fashions a trinket from Korvin’s soul.
Aulephi’s Blessing
- Adeena prays to Aulephi. A vision appears in front of her. The party also sees the divine apparition.
- Aulephi tells Adeena to be steadfast and assures her about the future.
“Do not doubt yourself. Everything will be alright.”
- Aulephi walks towards Theobald. Theobald’s strength is replenished by the divine presence.
- Aulephi blesses the party and restores their fortitude. Theobald receives a wish spell from the goddess.
“You, Theobald, displayed immense faith. I am not here only to comfort you, but to tell you that you are blessed by the goddess Matunda and Aisef.”
- A blinding divine light bursts forth from Akenatun’s Scepter. The party is enveloped with divine power. Aulephi’s divine power is enough to finish the hallow spell that Theobald is casting.
